Today we were excited to celebrate World Book Day. The focus this year was authors. The day began with Mrs Liggett and Miss Collen sharing their favourite childhood books. We then had a special storytelling session with the author Ed Wicke. After break we discussed and voted for our favourite author - Julia Donaldson was very popular! We explored some of her books and discussed the ones we liked best. In the afternoon we had great fun designing scenes from our favourite Julia Donaldson books using Just2easy.
