Our girls’ hockey team recently participated in a fun blitz tournament hosted by Ulster Hockey at Lurgan College, where we competed in six matches against local schools. The girls proudly represented Edenderry in their school shirts, with some experiencing their first-ever hockey tournament. It was fantastic to see them applying their skills on the field and their enthusiasm to keep learning. A special mention has to go to our P5 goal keeper Beth Allen, who did an amazing job! Other schools commented on how well she had done. Mrs. Irwin and Mrs. Kennedy are incredibly proud of the effort and sportsmanship shown by the team, both on and off the pitch. Well done, girls!
