The children loved learning about the origin of Jelly Babies today. They were ‘peace babies’ after WW1 but were not made after WW2 due to rationing. They were then recreated by Mr Bassett and each baby has a different symbol with a special Christian meaning! We all loved tasting the different colours while looking for the symbols 😊
