Our P7 class got a soft landing today in their PE session. As we have got more subtle, flexible and in control of our bodies over the past few weeks, we got to hit the floor today.
For when the class arrived down to PE, we were greeted with loads of new Gymnastics equipment. Large scale 2m x 1m mats, enough for everyone!
Then as we worked through our new British Gymnastics programme, we were able to hit up all sorts of shapes on the cushioned surfaces. Every form of pose and balance was held with control for an age. Mixing our video guide with our model students and recording all for later evaluation on our iPad.
