P7s Building Inclusive Workspace
27th Apr 2024
Our P7s enjoyed a recent focus on future employment issues.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
The age old question has changed a lot since many of us were asked that. Influencers, YouTubers and the like are now the common answer. Also the old stereotypes have now been dispelled. Gender barriers have been removed from our hopes and dreams.
So when NI top building magazine ran a competition to design a worksite for an inclusive future, P7s jumped to it.
After much debate and planning our future leaders designed some highly enlightened safe spaces. Disabled toilets, women shown on the scaffolding, all races represented in the workforce. Truly inclusive.
Off our entries went and after a photo finish, one of our P7s, Daisy, took second place in the competition. A £100 prize for Daisy rewards her hard work and gifted planning.
