Primary Seven pupils from Edenderry and St Johns’ visited the Navan Centre this morning to take part in their activities celebrating National Poetry Day.
Everyone enjoyed working with Maura, an established poet with several books to her name, as well as exploring the theme of ‘Truth’ through several scenarios acted by staff.
Pupils returned to school well prepared to write their own poems for the competition.
