The girls’ hockey team took part in a league tournament today at King’s Park, facing competitive opposition in four challenging matches against Ballydown, Markethill, Dromore Central and King’s Park.
The first match against Ballydown ended in a hard-fought draw, with both sides showcasing great defensive skills. In the following games, the team faced tough losses, but each defeat provided valuable lessons and opportunities for improvement.
Overall, although the results weren’t all in our favour it was a good afternoon of hockey, and the team enjoyed the opportunity to compete.
