In February this year P4 pupil Lucy Loughrey competed in the Espire four piece championships in Belfast where she came first place overall.
In April, Lucy competed in the NDP Grades championships in Lisburn and again finished in first place overall.
Lucy is part of the super squad for Splits and Flips based in Portadown where she trains 12 hours a week. Due to her achievements this year, she has now been selected for the Northern Ireland squad and she is extremely excited about the potential of representing her country in the future.
