A few weeks ago, 5 little caterpillars arrived in our P1 classroom. We have been feeding them and carefully observing the changes as they grew into chrysalides. It was amazing to see each stage of the transformation. This morning we came into school to discover that each chrysalis had now hatched into a beautiful butterfly. We will continue to observe and feed them over the next couple of days until they are ready to be set free and begin the lifecycle all over again! 🐛🦋😀
