Facing our Fears Together in P6
The nervous energy and excitement is building as we prepare for our in-class productions of 'Theseus and the Minotaur'...
We are very busy directing, script writing, learning lines, designing costumes, creating props and arranging scenery.
We are also learning all about symbolism and doing some deep thinking about life along the way!
This ancient myth contains timeless wisdom about life that still has meaning for us now in the labyrinth of today's busy, modern world.
In the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges, we can always hope to find our way through and conquer life's problems with courage, love and creative thinking.
For many of us we are already facing some of our own fears this week as we prepare to stand up in front of our own classmates and perform!
'Courage is not the absence of fear but the triumph over it.'
