Everyone arrived safely and we have enjoyed an active and exciting first day in Castlewellan. After seeing our rooms and having a tour of the castle, we ate our packed lunches and prepared for a busy afternoon. We then completed a photograph scavenger hunt, a GPS navigation trail, a tree walk and team building games. And after dinner we all walked right around the lake! Mr Blevins says his watch is advising that we have walked almost 18k steps! We are all now enjoying some much deserved ice-cream! Everyone is settled and ready for some sleep...hopefully!
