In an effort to help promote positive mental health amongst our older students, we were lucky enough to have a series of visits from "RISE NI".
They delivered "Breathe" training. This focused on how we develop strategies to help us cope with the challenges of life. The weeks of training included emotional responses, thinking, empathy and interpersonal skills.
This was a very well structured and proactive programme which has really empowered our pupils. A massive thanks to the RISE NI team.
